They provided me with all the equipment I could possibly need at the BEST price in town! They even put together all the equipment for me in-store and helped load everything up to take home. This company is amazing and is a true asset to the community. I work with a client who had a broken power wheelchair. My client does not have the ability to walk, get out of bed on her own, or move about in her home without the use of her power chair. Several months prior to the chair completely breaking down, my client had been working with her doctor and social worker to get a new chair. After the chair broke down, my client had to be manually push to her table and everything she needed for the day set up in advance where she would stay until time for her to go to bed. This process went on for over 2 months while we continued to work with companies and make a plethora of calls trying to get a new chair. However, as soon as Mr. Walser from Medsource, Inc heard about my client, he visited her home and her chair was fixed the same day.
